Am I eligible to use this file for my small shop?

PixelCass files are created for and available to small shops creating less than 200 end products for your business using a single file. Additional licensing is not required if you are not exceeding 200 handmade end products.
This includes but is not limited to the following: Clothing & Bow Shops | T-Shirt Makers | Tumbler & Cup Shops | Handmade Backpack/Purse/Bag Shops| Handmade Stickers | Handmade Shops | etc.
If you are a Fabric Print shop or having items manufactured overseas/bamboo/POD/etc, please review the licensing information in the menu below.

How do I know if I need to purchase additional licensing for your files?

If you are any of the following shops, you will need to purchase a Small Shop Commercial License per file: 
Fabric Print Shops | Bamboo Clothing/Blankets | Print-On-Demand | Sublimation/ DTF Transfer Sheets | Faux Leather/Leather/Vinyl Print Shops | Mailers & Manufactured Stickers | Anything Not Made By Hand| etc.
Licensing covers 200 manufactured products or 200 yards of fabric if printing fabric. One license is needed per file. Unlimited license must be purchased if exceeding the 200 limit.
ALL LICENSING MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS PURCHASING THE FILE. You must leave your business name and the name of the file you are buying the license for in the notes at checkout in order for it to be valid.

What if I plan on creating more than 200 end products with a single file?

If you plan to exceed 200 end-products or yards of materials, unlimited extended licensing can be found here. (Must purchase one per file).

Will the files come on a colored background?

Seamless files will come as-is with their colored background. PNG Sublimation files will come on a transparent background, intended to be used for sublimation or DTF. PNG Sublimation files can also have a colored background added behind them for printing panels. Altering files in any way is not allowed.

File Download Information:

Please allow up to 24 hours for download links to generate and send to your email. Files will be sent to you via the email address used to purchase after checkout is complete. Please promptly download your files and securely store them in a designated folder on your device or within your cloud storage for convenient accessibility. It’s important to note that after 30 days, we will no longer be able to access or provide download links for your files. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to ensure timely retrieval of your files. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds for files misplaced, lost, or incorrect purchases. Please prioritize the immediate download of your files to avoid any potential inconveniences.

  • Restrictions & Usage: 

    • Do not use my artwork commercially without purchasing the required license. Fabric shops, transfer shops, bamboo shops, manufacturing, POD, etc, anything NON-HANDMADE and being outsourced for production requires licensing. 
    • Do not use my artwork without the proper licensing. Licensing MUST be purchased at the same time along with a note for which file(s) the license is for in order to be valid. 
    • Do not share, resell, gift, or distribute my digital files in any way.
    • Do not use my digital files to create other digital items for resell. My artwork is intended to be used for physical products only. 
    • Do not post my artwork online without a visible watermark and cropping the digital file to prevent theft.
    • Do not trace, edit, recolor, rearrange, or alter my artwork. This includes adding or removing text. 
    • Do not have someone else purchase files for you or send my files to others for customs. If interested in customs, the owner of that shop much be the purchaser. Sharing files in any form is prohibited. 
    • DO NOT run my artwork through AI! By doing this, you are training AI to replicate and steal my work. Do not run my files in their digital form through AI, or my files made into physical items through AI. 

    Small Shop Fabric Destash Policy:

    • Destashing is permitted up to 3 yards at a time of a single design. Additional yardage would require fabric licensing. 
    • Please wait at least 3 months after purchasing before destashing. This is to help ensure artwork stays exclusive and that artwork isn't being purchased just for the sake of reselling without licensing.

    Fabric Shop Fabric Destash Policy:

    • Fabric shops destashing leftover, flawed, misprint fabric, mystery bags, etc. from custom orders are NOT permitted to destash fabric using PCD without owning the file AND proper licensing. 
    • Fabric shops should be offering these flawed fabrics to the original customer, or donated. 
    • This does not apply if you are a fabric shop who has purchased both the file and the licensing. As a customer, it’s recommended to verify a fabric shops policies on this before submitting my artwork to them. 


    Failure to follow policies may result in an immediate ban from purchasing again. Violating policies will also forfeit any potential previous drive access, Patreon access, etc. without any refund.
